Physics
Laboratory
The school has a well-equipped and spacious Physics
Laboratory. It is so large that it can easily accommodate
50 students at a time, but generally small groups are
called for practicals, which a teacher in-charge can
handle more effectively, and can guide every student
individually and personally. It is compulsory for each
student to wear a lab coat during practical periods,
and discipline is maintained.
Every student is provided with a separate set of instruments
required to perform a practical. Handling of the apparatus
in a proper manner is explained and later supervised.
Quality of the result is always insisted upon so that
students understand the importance of the principles.
For a better understanding, principles are related to
the respective practical during the performance of that
practical.
To make the teaching of the subject more effective
with a better understanding, there is ample demonstration
material in the laboratory required for every class.
For practicals, each class is divided into three equal
groups and each group, turn wise, goes to the Physics,
Chemistry and Biology Labs every week.
