to the Administrative office
At the time of
registration the following documents are to be
submitted to the Administrative Office:
1) Duly filled in
Registration Form
2) Two Passport size
photographs
3) Copy of birth
certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation or any
authorised competent authority.)
4) Transfer Certificate
All forms are available from the
School Office on all working days.
